Michelle + Cameron Engagement: The Pike, Long Beach

Cameron and Michelle’s engagement photo shoot was the first one of the year. If it was any indication of how the year in wedding photography will go, 2011 is going to be fantastic!

Downtown Long Beach has a lot to offer visually. I’ve been eyeballing a wall of murals near Pine Ave. and Ocean Blvd. for about a year now, waiting for an opportunity to photograph a couple in front of the stunning colors and silhouettes. Cameron and Michelle made me laugh as they had fun with the silhouettes as if they were shadows.

It was a beautiful day by the beach, complete with a ride on the ferris wheel and Coldstone ice cream!
