Jennifer + James Wedding: The Hacienda – Santa Ana

James and Jennifer’s wedding was something special, from the tender moments shared between Jennifer and her family as she got ready to the charming ambiance of the ceremony at The Hacienda. What else can you expect from two huge Star Wars fans but the bride and her father walking in to the Darth Vader theme song and a salute of light sabers by the groomsmen!

…and ZOMBIES!!  Yes, zombies. James and Jennifer planned an elaborate entrance to their reception at the Westminster Manor. They banged on the door and ran in being chased by their bridal party, who were now brain hungry zombies. After putting up a futile fight, they gave in and became zombies themselves. Then, they exchanged vows zombie style in a very funny and creative “undead” mini wedding!

I teamed up again with my trusty second shooter Jeff Lewis to make some stunning images. Everybody in attendance at the reception were able to see all the photos of the day on a slideshow set up during the reception. With all the great venues like Westminster Manor, The Hacienda, and Bowers Museum, and awesome vendors like Kelly Zhang makeup, it was hard not to take beautiful photos.
