Nicola + Kevin Engagement: Manhattan Beach

It was the engagement photo shoot that was nearly rescheduled, as the morning and early afternoon was ugly and wet. Yet, the sun made its way through the clouds and provided a wonderfully sunny afternoon for Kevin and Nicola’s photo shoot at the Manhattan Beach Pier.

I LOVE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA! It’s March and it felt like a lovely summer day at the beach. Kevin and Nicola were great to work with, as we took a walk down the pier and went underneath the pier for some striking images. They even got all sandy for the cause!

Their May wedding will be the first of 2011 for me, and I can’t wait to get the year in wedding photography started!
